Sunny and cozy art-house

A Gothic architecture is retro and cozy. Houseowner is principal of the elementary school near the house so the house has a strong cultural atmosphere. It is a suite of the house basement with separate entrance. NO share. It is perfect living for couples, business and tourist. It has one bedroom, one full bathroom and laundry.
Our suite is located within a convenient area in Vancouver. You can drive 15 minutes to Vancouver airport. There is a bus station near the house. You can go to downtown, gastown and chinatown by bus. You can also drive 10 min to skytrain station. The suite is totally private for you ,no shared space. There is also a sunny backyard, you can drink coffee and enjoy sunshine and flowers in the backyard. All belong to you.
Make yourself comfortable in your vacation home, featuring a refrigerator and a Smart TV. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a DVD player is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave.
