Cancelled 10pm the night before
I received an email at 10pm the night before our stay to say this reservation was cancelled. The note said “water leakage has still not been fixed due to heavy rain”. There had never been an alert that there was possibly a problem - the 10pm cancellation was the first we’d heard of it. Needles to say, we had to scramble to find alternate accommodation for the next day. We had to stay in a motel in Richmond. I highly recommend not booking this property that has such poor communication.
