Scary and not relaxing
Check in and shuttle service was great. But walking down a dirty and scary hallway at 130am to furthest end of the provincial wing was not a great impression. Everywhere i looked floor board were damaged, water damage on the ceiling, heat registers broken and everything is outdated, dirty and the room was extremely musty. Got so congested sleeping. The bath faucet it coming off the wall and the hair dryer did not work. I woken up at 8am with banging and drilling down the hallway. This was far from a relaxing stay that i needed after a long flight. Upon checkout ibwas ready to explain this but inwas never asked how my stay was just you've paid bye.

All the staff were amazing. My waiter at Chop was excellent and personable; the front desk team were also very welcoming and supportive to my needs. Both Silin and Dennis were so kind and were able to help me with some last minute printing, which helped decrease my stress, and allowed me to ensure the rest of my day was worry free This hotel is doing something right when they choose people to work there, and how they train them to have the hospitality service mindset. Well done!.

Lots of parking spot. Try stay away from the rooms facing the pool facilities, it could get very noisy during late night.
