Even with a requested quiet room it was still very loud at night you could hear ppl talking in hallways and outside in the middle of the night. Room was clean butbbathroom could have been better. Picked hotel because it looked new and room didn’t look the same in person

They charge a premium it’s a scam that I can’t post a review tell how much I was screwed out of for one night, a room that was infested with bugs. Although the hotel was brutal and greedy, Hotels.com did there best to provide good customer service.

The bed is like clouds. Staff is nice. Property is clean. The only downside is parking lot lacks parking if you drive a big vehicle but staff was super accommodating letting me take up a couple spots.

I was so happy the lady at the front desk was able to accommodate and check us in early. After driving 3.5hours, my husband and I wanted to change and freshen up before heading to a wedding. The room assigned to us was a really nice suite. The only thing, I didn’t like about the room was the lighting in the bathroom. I found it too dim. The bottom of the bath tub had some weird sticky brown residue. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel. Great location, well kept, and the staff were so nice and helpful!
