We really like this hotel. This is the second time staying here in a couple of years. The hotel is clean, the rooms are nicely decorated and the beds comfy. Having a Moxies restaurant attached to the hotel is a bonus. Free shuttle to the airport. We would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Clean, quiet hotel. Good access from public transit and the restaurant in the hotel was very convenient. We appreciated the airport shuttle for our early flight!

The hotel did not provide slippers. I couldn't figure out how to turn on the shower. They didn't explain that you need to use the room key card in the elevator. I checked in at night after two long flights, I was very tired, and as a result, I got into the elevator and it locked the doors, causing me to have a nervous breakdown because the reception desk hadn't warned me about the card. I will never book this hotel again. The transfer service was excellent, though.

On check in we walked to our room and opened the door to discover it was already occupied. Desk staff reissued a key with an upgrade to a loft. Questionable upgrade, we didn’t care for the bed on the 2nd floor but it was comfortable. Odd that the a/c is on the first floor, as it never cooled the 2nd floor. Ultimately turned it off because it was very noisy.
