Centrally located to everything but the area isn’t the safest. I did not feel safe walk out early in the morning or after it gets dark. The staff is friendly and helpful. Weekend is very loud with live bands at the bar across the street.

Very thin walls, you can hear when ppl walk, close the doors and bad luck is always some ppl talking and even yelling very late at night in the hall way, just some no manner ppl, and next to a night club. Very noisy until 2am. But staff told me when check in and staff is very nice! They don’t do room service everyday. Very convienite area, you can get a lot of food and coffee, close to center downtown too.

If you are a 20 to 30 something looking for a room close to some night life, this is perfect. If you are any thing else,,, the reasonable price does not make up for the noise and lack of sleep that follows. The room was clean and the front desk staff pleasant. But the property needs a serious upgrade. No check in tell 4:00pm. This trend is getting out of hand. Seems like check in’s are later and later. We will not choose this hotel again, as it is not in an area we felt comfortable.

Average hotel, you get what you pay for. There is not enough parking for the hotel which we were told about prior to arrival. The temp in the shower was on and off between cold and scolding hot, not enjoyable at all.

Although the staff was very friendly the area was extremely sketchy especially where the guest parking is located. The rooms were very small for two people and luggage to fit comfortably

I knew I was in a downtown area but not out in front of a bus stop. vagrants in the vacinity. This made my 81 year old mother feel very scared. Parking was tricky.

We stayed at the property for 6 days. On the 5th day we placed the "no need to change the sheets" sign on the bed (and we did not place anything else whatsoever on the bed - only the sign). When we returned to our room late that night we were surprised to see that the bed had not been made, so we inquired with the front desk who told us that the "no need to change the sheets" sign means the staff will not make the bed...and will not even enter the room. We explained that "no need to change the sheets" is very specific and says nothing about not making the bed! (we paid a lot of money for our 6-night stay and obviously expected that the bed would be made daily!) Accordingly, we were told by the front desk staff that somebody would come and make the bed shortly. A few minutes later, a gentleman knocked on our door with fresh towels (obviously there had been a miscommunication by the front desk because we said nothing about needing fresh towels). He told us that the cleaning staff had left for the day so it would not be possible to make the bed. The following morning the Housekeeping Supervisor overheard us discussing the matter with the Front Desk staff. She told us that we were absolutely correct in that the housekeeping staff should always make the bed even if the "no need to change the sheets" sign is placed on the bed. We hope the hotel management has now communicated to all staff that "no need to CHANGE the sheets" does NOT mean that the bed is to remain un-made!
