Inadequate training of night receptionist. Was not able to explore how to charge from a credit card. Did not inform about airport shuttle schedule policy. However, day staff was competent and knew what they are doing and was supportive.

Furniture was old, No safe to keep your personnel items safe , passport money..., the bathroom they did not remove de dust for quite sometimes, all the surface of the trim was full of dust, ., at lease the bed sheet was clean. The Front desk staff was really nice.The hotel is in renovation

Lovely hotel to stop off for a few nights. Close to shops and transport. They have breakfast and airport shuttles. Staff were very helpful. Easy to locate but not a lot of parking.

Had to wait a long time for the shuttle. Seemed to be a traffic problem. Shuttle back to airport went smoothly. Free Breakfast is ok, nothing exceptional. Rooms seem very quiet, even though it is on a busy street.

I tried two rooms and both had smoke smell upon entering and throughout the night. Hall smelled like pot smoke. I thought it was a non-smoking property or at least some rooms. Poor hotel but it was one of the cheapest so I guess you get what you pay for

Very false pictures advertised and the bathroom had black mold. Wall paper peeling, bedding ripped, room very small that I had minimal room to walk by bed and wall. Very over priced for the condition and quality of this hotel
