When I reserved the hotel, it was not stated that the parking fee was $25 per night. Also, when I checked in, the hotel employee only asked me for my car's license plate number and did not say that parking costs $25. When checking out they simply put me in front of the fact that I have to pay an additional $75 (for 3 nights) for parking. which was very unpleasant. Why not inform about the price of parking on the website, or at least when checking into the hotel!!

Front desk service was below average and not very accommodating or enthusiastic. There was an older lady who works at the small cafeteria who was so friendly and kind which was nice to see. She needs to work at the front of house because she was nice and friendly.

This hotel is dreadful. I can’t believe it has such a high rating. You can hear airplanes all night long. The check-in staff are patronizing and make you wait unnecessarily. Check in staff were so slow the restaurant closed before I could get there. The hallways reek of weed. Upstairs, outside, in the elevator. The coffee bar serves horrible coffee. Airport shuttle runs every 30 mins. The only redeeming feature was that it was clean.
