There was no proper service provided to customers. I lived there for 4 days and none of those days room service came for cleaning. Whenever we put address in Uber, it takes us to another Radisson. There should some way to differentiate it.

Amazing staff. Only 12 working during a 3.5 year labor strike. What I did not know coming in was that there are employees outside striking. They arrive at 7am and use blow horns, chant and blare music. It woke me up both mornings. As a person traveling and being up late, I valued the needed sleep that I did not receive. I highly suggest that the owner make it right to those trying to keep his hotel open and those he let down. Grow up or close.

Horrible experience at Radisson Blu Vancouver Airport. We were woken up at 7 AM both mornings to blaring horns , megaphones and speakers. Found out that this staff strike has been ongoing for 3 years. When we contacted the front desk, we were told to go talk to those on strike ourselves, which felt very unprofessional and uncomfortable . Management showed little concern. They did say we could check out for our second night, however with heightened prices due to a concert in town this was not a viable solution. We expected a peaceful stay but were deeply disappointed. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel management could not workout the ongoing dispute with their employees, due to which, some of thier employees were protesting early in the morning by using loud speakers to disrupt the sleep of guests in the hotel. Hotel management did not do anything about it and let them annoy the guests who were paying $500 for one night stay. Very unprofessional and bad experience.

We stayed at this hotel during the Vancouver Taylor Swift Eras tour. The hotel has limited staff, no onsite dining, only one cleaning per stay (we stayed for 5 nights), there is on going labour action, which the hotel was transparent about. When we arrived Tuesday there was only a few people outside the hotel striking with picketing, Thursday came around and there was a bus load, with drums, loud hailers, they tried to stop our vehicle from entering the hotel, despite security and the efforts the hotel to mitigate this, it was still very disrupting. The hotel did add little touches such as tea, energy drinks for pre/post concert which was appreciated. The room was not the cleanest, the property surrounding the hotel was very unkempt and run down, from our hotel window we could see inside another room and there was piles of files and boxes of papers - it was like empty rooms were being used as storage areas. For the price we paid this hotel was no where near worth the price (which was clearly jacked up due to the concert). I will not recommend or stay here again in the future.
