Welcome to our Lovely and cozy one-bedroom basement suite located in East Vancouver in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, with easy access to public transportation, within walking distance to the Skytrain station and only 15 15-minute drive to downtown Vancouver. It is a great place for a couple or for a solo traveler. You will have everything you need during your stay to make you feel at home. Plenty of street parking.

Great choice to stay in Vancouver. Place is close to a transport stations (if you are without a car), calm and beautiful community. Amazing garden on premises❤️ Clear instructions about accommodation policies. It was our first time in Vancouver and it was amazing in all meanings. I would definitely recommend this place!

Easy in/out
We arrived late but easily found the apartment and entered without a problem. The neighborhood was a nice and an easy walk to the local station where Vancouver awaited. The unit was clean and quiet with a kitchen that has more than we used which was just the coffee pot. The apartment was perfect for our visit to the city while we awaited our cruise.

We arrived and left again within 30 minutes. It was nothing at all like advertised. Smelt musty and damp. There was cardboard helping to support bed legs. Entrance and outside was terrible. First impression was we didn’t want to stay so got a taxi back into the city and found somewhere else to stay. 2 nights of accommodation wasted but it was worth leaving

Great location and it had everything we needed!
Great check-in process, great communication with the host, and very thorough amenities. Was just what we needed for our visit to Vancouver. It's a short walk to the sky train station which made getting around very easy.
