Very poor customer service.
I asked for extra pillow .room service was not available I had to go reception and collect it.breakfast was very simple and location was at front lobby
I liked the proximity to airport. However, service was slow (could have been more customer centered) ex looking at bags while I was at the counter needing a new key having expressed I was in a rush, carpets in room were musty, and bedside table had no drawer or storage space.

Great overnight stay
Excellent for an overnight stay near airport with convenient free shuttle. Dated property but very clean, wonderful renovated bathroom with excellent shower and comfy bed and luscious linens.
Good continental breakfast with fresh whole fruit. Good juice selection. Friendly staff. A shower stool was available but it did not fit into the shower. It was too big for the shower. Made showering dangerous for an amputee. Bed was comfy but top fitted sheet was too small. Didn’t stay on the mattress. Excellent air conditioning. Dangerous to walk across the street and too far from cross walk to get to restaurants.
Good location for YVR access. The breakfast is very good and included in the room cost. Very limited dining opportunity if using the hotel as YVR transit option and therefore not having a car.
This place is a dump. For the price they charge they should have a cleaner hotel, replace furniture and fix the plumbing issues. I can not believe Hilton has associated their name to this property! I would not stay here again if it was free.

Location and service were great.
The waffle machine I used had a broken timer.
The room we were in had sticky carpets that seemed to be really dirty. The bottom of my wife’s feet turned black from walking barefoot on the floor.
Very good hotel. The room was clean and well maintained, with a very comfortable bed and excellent shower.
What particularly impressed me was the easily adjustable and quiet air conditioning system.
Breakfast was good, and my shuttle to the airport was on time and efficient.
I have stayed at this hotel twice, mainly for easy access to the SkyTrain at Bridgeport. I would stay here again.
It was nice. The room we had was different than what we normally get. This only had 1 queen bed, which we asked for, but it made the room feel smaller.
