The Hotel, room, spa and swimmingpool was very good. It was a pitty, that bar and restaurant closed at 8:30 pm. The morning breakfast buffet was nearly empty when arriving at 9:30 am, but they brought everything we needed on our table therefore It is very useful, that it’s near the skytrain to visit Vancouver

Great hotel with friendly staff and clean and safe amenities. restaurant was spotless and rooms were excellent. underground parking is charged for which was irritating especially since we were on a motorcycle and even pushing the point to the manager didn't change anything but we were blessed with amazing front desk staff who on having to charge for the parking included breakfast at no charge. getting into the entrance to the hotel is a difficult turn from the main road. we would definitely stay here again as the facilities and cleanliness were so good. only let down was the manager who needs to understand motorcycles need to be secure.

Room was fine, staff were good-natured and efficient. Happy hour in the hotel restaurant looked like a great deal, though we were too busy to take advantage. Parking is not free, but not expensive, and very convenient in the garage attached to the hotel. It's an easy walk to the sky train station for transport to central Vancouver.

First room I was given had hair in the bath when I arrived. Second room the toilet kept running. I did not put out the sign for service on Friday but room was attended to and no clean bath mat was left. Saturday morning housekeeping was knocking asking if I wanted service when I getting ready to check out.

The outdoor pool was wonderful. Nice quiet location. It close to the highway 1. Nice lobby and restaurant with friendly staff. Parking was easy to access but, requiring additional fee.
