I had a great stay here. The hotel is in a great location in downtown Vancouver — you can walk to Gastown and Chinatown. The rooms and facilities are very well maintained. The staff provide service on the level of a five-star hotel: professional, attentive, and welcoming. Parking isn’t cheap, but it’s worth the price, and on rainy days you can access the parking lot through the 3rd floor, which is really convenient. The hotel also provides free water. And the welcome cookie in the lobby is honestly amazing. 🍪 Highly recommend.

We did not have breakfast at the hotel. Need more than 1 restaurant. Had 1 expensive salad when we arrived, shared with my daughter. Pillow too puffy and uncomfortable. Microwave should be in room if there is a refrigerator. Must have breakin's all the time in parking garage, sooo many signs everywhere. I most likely will not stay there again. Too many homeless around the area.
