I like interior decoration with Chinese style, so I could have various tastes of sense. Staff was very kind and explained about staying together. One thing, I did not know about night time bus running intervals. I just missed bus and had to wait about one hour on Brighouse station. For winter visitors, need to explain night schedule.

Shower really needed cleaning. Extra towels needed for ladies. Towel rack was off the wall under sink. Cigarette butts in the garden. Room was nice.

Pillows smelled, lady was unpleasant, not welcoming, unyielding, bathroom unclean, one hand towel for all to use & not changed daily, pictures of property not true, definitely not an AirBnB, no breakfast, coffee or tea. No TV. I'm not even sure the sheets were cleaned, bath rugs unclean w/ hair on them, and tub dirty. I heard a loud argument midday by host as I sat in the salon. I asked to wait til check-in in the salon on ground level. Wanted add'l 1/2 day $$ to sit there for 2 hrs.

The stay was amazing..... it's a private house and near to road but quiet and not that noisy.....the property was clean and the owner is a sweet and warm lady. Recommended stay if you want a decent stay for a budget. The property doesn't have a kitchen but there's microwave and refrigerator if you need to store or have a quick meal to go.

It’s a really good experience while I’m staying at the hotel. The owner is super nice and friendly. She was there at the hotel when we arrived l, and she showed us how to use the lock in person. I left my watch charger to the hotel, she contacted me right after she found out. But I came back to the US already, so I asked her to keep the charger for me, I’ll get it back next time I visit Vancouver. Overall it’s a very good experience, I recommend.

Not charming at all. The moment I opened the door , the owner was standing like a ghost and asked me why my 8 years daughter was not included in the reservation and made me to etransfer 50 dollars. The beds are so uncomfortable, I could not sleep for a minute . The place is really hot and no AC available . The funny thing is, even when I made the etransfer , the lady stood near my room door saying , it’s still pending, making me feel that I was scamming her . Seems like a business in mainland China . Stay away from her .

The staying was neither charming, bor a hotel. Deceptive description. This is a beaten down home that smells weird. The bathrooms were stinkym No AC. An old fan was placed somewhere in the closet that we had ro dig out.

I booked this family hotel because my house is updating something, this is the sixth B&B I tried and I have to say: it's the best family hotel that during this past week I have stayed. Beautiful house and very clean room and beddings, the host I only met her when I checked in but she is very nice and helpful. Will come back if I have chance.
