The man who check us in was more intrest on what was on his personal phone then paying attention to us. The elevators (all 4) we down at the same time for over 30 minutes. This m ade us late for our meeting. They only had 1 elevator function for a day and a half. Twice house keeping came into my room while i was sitting on the couch. Only reason i gave the rating of 2 stars was the price was reasonable and the staff in the coffee shop was amazing!

The entire experience was not pleasant or worth the cost of room. It’s a 2 star hotel charging 4 star prices. Everything was very outdated, the shower head had extremely low pressure and no hot water, made it uncomfortable and nearly impossible to shower. The elevators were not working most of the time, broken tiles on floor. Towels were very old and appeared dirty. Extremely noisy environment.. One pane windows for a hotel located next door to an emergency center made is so you were woken up by siren constantly. The Spa was closed and there was a fire drill was going on during stay, with disruption. Staff appeared indifferent to issues going on, service was extremely basic. Would not recommend or visit again. Extremely disappointed.
