The male staff at the front desk appeared to be bothered when checking in and then later asking for his assistance with pool towels and general Qs. He made me uncomfortable for needing his help. The female staff at the front desk was very kind and approachable. She had towels ready to go folded nicely on the tables and chairs. The female staff for breakfast were very kind and helpful.
