Was close to airport but couldn’t fit everyone on shuttle so make other plans. No locks on bottom floor window and in rough area. 2 Chinese places to chose from but very dirty. No fast food very close. Couldn’t sleep because noise and didn’t feel safe.

Nice clean facilities and warm welcoming staff. Didn't like the grumpy shuttle bus drivers and failure to pick-up at airport. No bar or dining facilities other than basic cold continental breakfast. Limited dining options in area.

No mattress protector just a sheet on top of mattress. Poor breakfast served in plastic containers. Very dated. Bath plug did not fit. In need of new decor & furniture throughout. Staff very welcoming. Rooms were spacious. Free shuttle from airport was good service

Quite honestly I almost gave this 2 stars. 2.5 would be more accurate. There wasn't anything good about this place. Nothing horrible but nothing good. The hotel had a funky smell (musty) once you got in the elevator and it carried over to the room. The TV may have been acceptable 20 years ago but was tiny. Room needed updated as the bathroom fawcet wouldn't stay on unless you had it on fully and the shower head had poor pressure and even a leak where attached. I guess you get what you pay for as it was a discounted rate and cheaper than most places in the area. I chose this because Expedia had it shown as a 3.5 star hotel which usually means it would be above average. This was average at best and quite underwhelming.

Fortunately we were only there for about 10 hours. Place is old and run down. Bathroom shower had mold growth, previous occupants hair still on bathroom floor and counter. They try to mask stale odors with copious amounts of air freshener. Never again!

The hotel is a little dated, but everything is functioning and clean. However, the breakfast buffet only has very poor processed food, watered down coffee and juices. If you need breakfast, then better not stay there.

The property is very tired and showing its age. Repair work in rooms is very sloppy, even paint touchups didn't match. Door going into the lobby bathroom is VERY DIRTY. Breakfast was just pastries, no protien, only fruit were apples they were damaged (seconds). No housekeeping we had to pickup our extra towels ect at the front desk. We traveled with out of county friends, I was embarrassed, way overpriced.
