Definitely not what I expected. If I would’ve had one of the nicer rooms that were sold out I might have had a different experience. I feel I overpaid for the room I got.
Will stay at the bungalows again, highly recommend it.

Beautiful hotel, overall excellent customer service. They need to invest more on finishing the final touches like sealing exposed wood accents, and investing more on detailed cleaning. The pool area was gorgeous and the bar was right next to it with a super friendly and knowledgeable bartender. The dining area was large and there was plenty of options of food both American and Mexican. Overall great experience and I would love to visit again in the future to see all the upcoming upgrades.
Misleading pictures. Everything is run down. The jacuzzi is a knee high inflatable that fits a few kids. Stayed in bungalow. Water was like warm at best. Large rental house right next to use, partying all night, we had to call management before they spoke with them about noise level at 10:30 pm. Even blasting music from pool until late afternoon is too much, you hear everything from bungalow. At night, you hear gears of semi trucks- NO PEACE AT ALL. We just wanted to unwind and enjoy a glass of wine...lost a our 3 day weekend opportunity to relax.
The road from the main street to the hotel is a dirt road with many turns, no lighting and no clear signs. it's dangerous at night. Once you get to the hotel, all is well there.
Place is a group of dumpy buildings, with interiors decorated to resemble luxury when photographed. Inside the room is ok, bathroom is fairly nice. But the compound as a whole feels old and run down. The pool is a tiny kids pool, a few feet deep, but looks big in photos. Jacuzzi was inflatable, and cold. Basically the pictures misrepresent the reality, and we felt gross when we walked in. There's a lot of that in the valley. Should be priced very cheap, but was not.
False advertisement nothing like the pictures bathroom was dirty air conditioning not working the one who recleaned my bathroom was the bartender road was worse I have never visited a hotel like this was charged more than the quote here
I really loved staying in the bungalow. I felt like it was very relaxing and private. The unit had a really nice view and there were nice 360 views around the property of the entire Valle de Guadalupe.

The place smell like sewer. There was no TV in the room. No room service. It was noisy at night. No insulation on the walls I could hear everything so it was hard to go to sleep. There was only one inflatable jacuzzi that smell horrible. The sink was clogged. This place is horrible. We found out the they changed the name because the other place had horrible reviews. Don't stay here!!
