My hotel door wouldn’t open, made multiple keys for me and none of them worked. Only way to get into my room was with the managers key. Other than that it was okay.

I only scored a 3 because of how thin the sheets were. You could literally see through them. The towels were thin and old. The tile floor grout was all broken up and the bathroom was not cleaned properly. Stains in the toilet and around the faucet on the sink. I was able to clean it up better than the staff. I like where it was located and the staff at the front desk.

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast could use a bit of attention… the coffee was out at 7am and still out at 8am even though it had been reported… some fresh fruit would be nice as would some yogurt. Perhaps just a poor morning in the breakfast area. Our room was great and the pool area was fun for the grandchildren. We would stay here agsin.
