The staff was great but the hotel smelled so bad I could barely use the bathroom. It was a sewer smell that they are aware of but you can’t even stomach the smell it’s so bad! I would not stay again!

Disappointing Stay, Not Worth the Price
I recently stayed at Sweet Hotel Renasa, & I must say it was not a good experience at all, especially considering the amount of money paid. There are definitely better hotels available that would provide at least a decent level of service for a similar price. The room was incredibly small. It felt cramped and suffocating, almost like being in a prison cell. The lack of space made it difficult to move around comfortably and enjoy my stay. Furthermore, the condition of the toilets was highly disappointing. There was water on the floor, and I even found hair on the toilet commode seat. The glass in the toilet was wet, which gave off an unclean and unsanitary impression. The placement of the bed right next to the door was another issue. It resulted in a constant disturbance from the noise in the corridor. The staff members were talking loudly early in the morning, making it impossible to get a peaceful night's sleep. I had to resort to using a white noise app on my phone just to drown out the noise and try to rest. Adding to the discomfort, the radiator in the room made loud thud sounds, which further disrupted my sleep and added to the overall lack of tranquility. No iron facility. Based on my experience. The issues with the room size, cleanliness, noise, and maintenance were significant enough to overshadow any positive aspects of the hotel. I am genuinely surprised that this hotel has received an 8* review, as my experience did not align with such high praise

The hotel was in a great location a short walk from the metro. Easy to walk into the heart of Valencia from the hotel. Beautiful area close to the park also.

Stayed for 3 nights early August. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. My only grip with the hotel is the breakfast. Limited choice, the ‘hot food’ ie scrambled eggs, bacon etc are brought out at 08:00 not kept warm through to 10:00. Essentially by 8:15 everything is cold. Limited selection of fruits and what is there can be of poor quality. Free parking in the streets nearby, but you may have to drive around the block a few times to find a space

Renasa Hotel 10/10
This hotel is excellently placed to reach the city centre and the airport via the Metro. The staff were very helpful and amenable. It has a coffee, snack or meals dining area open all day. There are also many good restaurants and snack bars near and easy to walk to. Breakfast has a wide selection and is worth the money. Highly recommend this clean and welcoming hotel.

Stayed for one night prior to early transatlantic flight. Staff was very nice and allowed to check couple of hours earlier vs usual, as was leaving 4 am next day. Facility is very clean. Staff is welcoming. Area is next to University campus, walkable and nice. Relatively close to Terranos / Old town gates Towers and Turia river dry bed gardens. Nice one day stay. Recc with no reservations….

This property was super clean and the staff was both friendly and efficient. As we were a group of three couples scattered throughout the property we found each room was different in both size and amenities. We had the biggest room but no fridge or bidet while the one other couple with the cheapest room had both of these. The third couple had a much smaller room than the rest of us and also without the amenities of the cheapest room. All in all, we were happy because of the cleanliness and super staff!

It was a nice, 3-star hotel, probably a 3.5 but I can’t give a 4 star due to property conditions and others things. The rooms were ready and cozy, clean and tidy. The buffet wasn’t that great, there wasn’t a good range of food, there was cross contamination of meat and vegetarian stuff as some of my friends my cannot eat meat. There were broken things in the rooms, sometimes the blankets had dirt marks, the shower head was dark of not being clean and I think for the price it wasn’t worth at all even for a 3 star. I have payed less for 4 star that have better conditions. It was okay experience but I wouldn’t comeback or recommended it.

Could use just a few improvements
I wanted to give this hotel the full stars but I have to be completely honest...there were a few items that bothered me. The first item that got under my skin is I specifically booked this hotel for the access to the gym even though I paid about 20% more than some of the other hotels who were closer to the city center. When I arrived the gym was closed and I was told due to COVID however they didn't advertise this when booking. Also, all the gyms in the local area were still open so I think this must have been a liability issue with the hotel. A few other recommendations if this hotel wishes to compete with some other hotels is to offer a few items that usually come standard with a room: kettle, cups, complimentary tea/instant coffee. Also there was only 1 towel and 1 hand towel in the room. I've never seen this before...almost all rooms I've ever stayed in offer 2 of each. Overall my stay was not bad but I'm just offering some feedback for improvement.
