Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is great. Safe and clean. Nice spacious room with air conditioning and a good, not great shower. Elevator very slow and a bit unreliable. The only major issue I had was the Wi-Fi. Don’t rely on it if you are working while there. Overall great value and ideal for a city break.

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Turia for three nights, and our experience was excellent. The location is incredibly convenient, with Old Town just a 15-minute walk away, and taxis, Metro, and bus stops only two minutes from the hotel. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, knowledgeable about the area, warm and friendly. A special thanks to Juan Manuel at the front desk, who was invaluable in helping us navigate the city and offering great recommendations. Although we didn’t try the breakfast or dinner due to our light eating habits and preference for earlier meals, both offered a wide variety of choices and looked delicious. Manuel at the restaurant was kind enough to show me the abundant choices they serve during breakfast and dinner. When we return to Valencia, we will definitely stay here again. Overall, I’d rate our stay a perfect 10/10, five stars!
