THE HOUSE

Semi-detached house, 130 m. on three floors, garden of 400 meters closed and fenced.

Its capacity is up to 6 people overnight.

The Carra, is built with the typical characteristics of the Cantabrian houses, and the solana is the most typical element of this construction, it is a balcony with wooden railing protected from winds and rain.

The exterior of the house is in perfect harmony with its surroundings, and its farm grants great privacy by being fenced and having trees and vegetation protecting its space. Inside, the guest will find all the necessary equipment and accessories for daily life.

Beaches from 3 km, 600 meters from the Nansa river, wide possibilities, free Wi-Fi, close to the main tourist centers, and services, Banks, Restaurants, Supermarkets, Medical Center ..., decorated and equipped to detail.

Main floor: fully equipped kitchen, with high-end appliances, high quality utensils, (casseroles, pans), quick cooker, coffee maker, juicer, complete cutlery, complete glassware. living room - dining room, with central fireplace, tv with built-in cd, 1 toilet, intercom pedestrian access by the front of the chalet, porch with table and benches.

Hübsches Dorf, ruhig, Strände gut erreichbar. Küche gut ausgestattet, Bad oben mit Geruch aus Toilette? Parken mit großem Auto nicht am Grundstück, aber gut an der Strasse machbar. Sauber, schöner Garten.

trop de nuisances sonores
ce logement est vraiment trop proche de 2 sources de bruit particulièrement gênantes : - un terrain de jeu juste de l'autre côté de la rue occupé par de jeunes enfants tout l'après-midi et jusque tard le soir, sans aucune supervision parentale, d'où des braillements et des bruits de ballon contre le grillage ininterrompus - une sorte de bar-discothèque à une centaine de mètres seulement, qui n'a pas le moindre respect pour les riverains : musique à fond à toute heure du jour et de la nuit (jusqu'à au moins 5H00 du matin dans la nuit du 14 au 15 août) La pire période est autour du 10-11 août (fête du village de Luey), avec des pétards qui explosent juste à côté du gîte toute la journée et toute la nuit... Bref, pour dormir, les bouchons d'oreille sont impératifs, et il est difficile de bien profiter du jardin l'après-midi et le soir. Enfin, les échanges avec les propriétaires sont assez impersonnels (nous ne les avons jamais vus au cours de ces 2 semaines), et les informations touristiques disponibles dans le gîte sont plutôt succinctes (aucune carte topographique pour les randonnées pédestres par exemple). Des points positifs cependant : - la cuisine est bien équipée - le propriétaire a été accommodant pour la dépose anticipée de quelques bagages (pendant notre randonnée de plusieurs jours dans le parc national des Picos de Europa)

Très belles vacances
La maison correspond à la description , très pratique le jardin est bien ombragé,il y a des arbres fruitiers et on sait facilement garé 2 voitures en sécurité ,(Installer des barrières de sécurités aux escaliers pour les plus petits serait top) Le village est très joli le bar Taberna el Paraiso au dessus du village est très accueillant et fait aussi épicerie, vous pourrez voir a côté les habituer jouer au bolos (un jeu de quille ), Le dimanche il y a des groupes de musique à la Finca La Jontoya un peu plus bas dans la rue. Et si vous voulez manger pour un prix raisonnable il y a le menu du jour au Muñorrodero Bar. La région est splendide n'hésitez pas à visiter les plages et villages proposé par la propriétaire . Le seul petit point un peu négatif le terrain de foot en face quelque fois un peu bruyant, Nous y avons passé de magnifiques vacances .

Casa bonita con jardin
La maison est belle et equipé de tout. Le jardin est très beau aussi; nous avons pu profiter des prunes fraiches tous les jours. Dans la cuisine il ne manque rien. Le garage en soussol est pratique. La proprietaire n'etait pas sur place, mais très facile à joindre par WhatsApp. A Luey on peut faire des belles promenades dans les collines. La grande plage de San Vicente de la Barquera avec son sable fin est seulement un quart d'heure de route. Pour ceux qui préfèrent l'océan à la mediterranée, pour ceux qui n'ont pas peur de quelques gouttes de pluie la Cantabrie est un lieu parfait. Nous étions très content avec la maison, avec la proprietaire et avec les vacances en général. Merci!
