This property was beautiful. Convenient location and the shuttle service made getting to Vail village a breeze. My only complaint is the staff was not the most welcoming. AC at the bar was great but other than that it wasn't the most hospitable place I've ever stayed. Usually when you are a Marriot Bonvoy member or any loyalty member you get certain accommodations. When I asked the front desk for water, they told me it was only for titanium members and above. I was literally appalled. I'm also a Hilton honors member and have never experienced that with them. Granted, the hotel did have a water fountain but I didn't think that was the best way to treat a guest. Not to mention the elevation is high and the dehydration is real. Providing water for guests should be a consideration for sure. I also set up a snowmobiling excursion and when I asked about whether or not they knew where the company was, the person at reception was very dismissive and not helpful. Other than that, they had a great breakfast and the housekeeping staff was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here but beware that you may not get the most hospitable and accommodating service from the front desk.

Really good hotel 10min away from Vail Village. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a spacious bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch.

This hotel is amazing. Vail is expensive and this was actually an affordable place to stay. Everything about the hotel was top notch, especially the breakfast (included). You will have to pay for parking, at the time it was $45. Probably the most comfortable bed Ive slept on in my travels.

The hotel was beautiful and new but has hidden fees. Beware! $45 a day for parking and its pet friendly but it’s a charge of $150. We didn’t see these charges until after it was booked. The front desk didn’t let us know apon checkin.

We have stayed at this property before and returned because we had a good experience, the hotel is newer, and conveniently located. It is also clean and well maintained. During our last stay we were aware of the lobby staff’s general lack of customer engagement and interest but our recent stay left me dissatisfied enough to voice their rude tone, posture, and lack of customer service. There is more than one example of this. While every member of the housekeeping staff I encountered was pleasant and polite, the front desk staff delivered awful experiences over and over. The arrogance and lack of courtesy and hospitality is not in alignment with what I typically experience at a Marriott property.
