Great experience. Super clean and spacious rooms. Shuttle to Vail Village and Lionshead was very convenient. Breakfast wasn’t the best, but it’s free so you don’t have to eat it there.

We gave a low rating due to poor customer service. The woman who checked us in spoke limited English and came across as quite arrogant, which was disappointing. Also, be aware that parking fees are significant and not clearly disclosed during the booking process, which adds noticeably to the total cost. The hotel itself was fine—clean and comfortable—but during the off-season it felt rather empty and quiet.
