Extraordinary service! Clean spacious room with workspace. The bed is sufficient but not as luxurious as comparable properties. It is a great value for the area and has multiple in property food choices. Annaparma is exception service with outstanding flavors.

The staff were very kind and accommodating. I booked a couple nights at the last minute to avoid a storm before the Thanksgiving holiday. Vail doesn’t quite open up until after this holiday but they were still well staffed and able to help me. Overall my stay was great as I was only there to work from the hotel room. It was mostly quiet except when someone was walking down the hall in ski boots. Luckily that was not all day. The room was non smoking but had the distinct scent of marijuana when I first walked into the room each time I walked into the room. Everything seemed to be very clean but it is an older hotel and so it def showed some signs of wear. It also did not obviously have AC which in a snowstorm would normally be fine but the heat was very high inside. There were fans in the room however which helped.

Check in was a Breeze and the room (1 king bed) was large and very clean. The food was good and for Vail reasonably priced, Front desk help was fantastic. The room itself was a bit dated but overall, I would recommend the Evergreen lodge.

The room was very dated and being next to the highway was hard. The shower was VERY difficult to use and there wasn’t a full length mirror which was frustrating since I was going to a wedding and wanted to see my outfit (first world problem). The staff was friendly and the pool area was really nice, all in all it was ok.

Don’t expect much
The hotel was clean. That’s about the only good thing I can say. This hotel is OLD and it shows. The front desk people we ok, but not a lot of “services” offered. We did not try pool, hot tub, or gym. The “restaurant” is average at best with a VERY limited menu and it’s only open for dinner. The “breakfast” offered in lobby were limited and of mediocre quality. They ran out of the pastries by 8:30 then just cold store-bought donuts. If you need a place to stay that’s near the Vail hospital (for surgery) this is super convenient, but don’t expect much, and you will not be disappointed.
