Location was great but the hotel was dated and had no a/c. The staff could not accommodate our request for a room or our request for a better table for dinner though we made the reservations more than 2 weeks ahead of time. Their explanation was that their rooms and tables in the restaurant get booked 4 months in advance!

This was a quiet hotel, almost tranquility in the air. Wonderful indoor swimming pool with infrared and sauna and a small outdoor area. Dinner was excellent and breakfast also. Here they care for every small detail

Beautiful setting with amazing mountain views from junior suites and the breakfast and dining rooms. Beautiful decor and art and wonderful Christmas decorations. A lovely pool. Excellent food at the restaurant but you need to reserve in advance. I would consider coming back in summer to hike.
