We liked the location because it was close to where our relatives were staying at the river. It was quiet and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful.

We really liked the room. It was clean however room 202 has a mini fridge that sounds like it is dying and needs to be put down. There was also a light at the pool that was super bright and made it hard to sleep even with the roll down blind drawn.

By mistake I booked a double, they didn't want to refund anything and they didn't want to give me the key to the second room either. Once they had charged me a deposit and then made me pay for the full 2 ​​nights, to give me back half and I have received no response from hotels or Holiday Inn, I will not stay there again, I will not use hotel.com either, never they help nothing

Phenomenal staff and a very nice hotel
We traveled to Uvalde for the eclipse. I had 15 rooms for friends and family. I spent 6 nights there and everyone else spent 5 nights. The staff was amazing! The front desk staff, the people cleaning the rooms, and the woman that took care of breakfast. All incredible! Holiday Inn corporate needs to study this location and use it as the model for all!
