The rooms were old and run down - carpet, furniture, etc. walls were dirty. The bathrooms have been renovated and were nice with the exception that the bathroom sink did not drain well. For a well known area attraction, I thought it would be better maintained. There was also no restaurants open in the hotel or casino after 10:30pm except for a single vending machine. No food delivery available either. The security guards at the casino were extremely kind when asking for local recommendations except one asked if I had a gun if I was planning to go get anything. He quickly said he was joking but that seemed like a strange statement to make to a visitor in the area.

The door to the room was a little bit warped so although it locked it felt a little weird. More places to plug in a phone charger would be much appreciated!

I would not stay here again. When checking in there was a large group of employees chatting with “Mike” at the counter about food in purses or steeling food? Our room was dirty, it reeked of pot and there were tons of flies. I joked with security that the casino was cleaner than our room. Gross stay, won’t be back.

Overall for a three day work trip it’s a warm place to sleep with a roof over your head. It’s not bad just outdated. In an extremely small town with not a lot to do besides the casino but if that’s what you like then you will enjoy yourself.

Our room was clean and updated. The staff was friendly. The rest of the hotel was not as updated; but we really just used the room to sleep. I would definitely stay there again.
