We needed two beds but the only available room had one and a fold out couch. The couch was not a great mattress (not a huge deal) but it had only sheets and we had to ask for it to be made up. They quickly provided a comforter.

Room was clean and tidy. There was a washer/dryer right behind the wall of our room which prevented me from going to sleep. Also, the key mechanism on our door wasn't working. Tried calling front desk but phone didn't work. Went to front desk and nice gentleman moved us to another room with no issues.

When we checked out after one night we had 3 charges on our credit card, equalling over $800.00. I called the hotel. They said, that’s because you used a third party vendor. So another call to Hotels.com., after no satisfaction on line . On hold forever. If using a third party is so terrible, why do you list your hotel on these sites ?

The staff was very nice and helpful. The bed was really comfortable. The bathroom had a musty smell that was not great and I think the toilet had a slow leak from the bottom. I mentioned it to the staff in the morning...didnt really effect us.
