What 4 star hotel could not have a refrigerator and phone in their rooms. The funny thing is that they have a room service but not have a phone in the room to call. You need to go down and ask them for the room service.

Excellent location next to the train station (20 min ride to Arlanda and 40 min to Stockholm). Clean rooms and staff extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet is the best I have ever seen with an amazing selection of hot and cold options

Convenient location
The location is very convenient, across the central station and walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, shop, etc. The room and bathroom were clean but too warm and the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted from the room. They provide as with a small, noisy fan. The buffet breakfast was included in the reservation and we enjoyed a great buffet with quality food and good variety the first two days. For the third day, we should check out one hour before breakfast hours and, at the time of the check in, the front desk employee offered us a "packed" breakfast. She asked if we had any allergies and we explained that one person cannot eat peanuts. She said that it was not a problem and that the breakfast will include sandwich among other stuff. We really appreciated her offer and happily accepted. However, when checking out, we picked up the breakfast bag and there was no sandwich, a piece of bread or even a cracker in the bag. We got an apple with a small juice and yogurt (photo). When we asked for the sandwich, they said that everything in the kitchen had peanut contamination was also frozen... We were not expecting a big or fancy sandwich but we don't believe that all breads, cheese and crackers in the kitchen were frozen. We were very disappointed with the response from the front desk person. In addition, the lid for the container was not properly closed and the juice spelled on the bag. Overall, it was a good option for a hotel in Uppsala

Stayed here for 4 nights whilst visiting friends. Superb location just next to the train station - great after a long day travelling with kids. Location is super for everything you need to do and see in Uppsala too. We are in the restaurant on the first night after a busy day and it’s a great menu with good kids choices. We travelled as a family of young children (7&4) and the staff were amazing with them. It’s got great touches like a small play area made under the stairs that’s visible from the restaurant - perfect to let them play whilst having another beer. Breakfast was super and a great range - only slight criticism would be that the hot breakfast was a bit uninspiring - but this was made up for by all the other cold options. Room was great, we had 4 beds made up for us and it was a little tight with not a huge amount of storage but we managed fine using our bags. Bathroom was brill and the underfloor heating was a nice touch. We’ve stayed in Radissons a couple of times now and they’ve always been exactly what we need for a family city break.
