It is quite astonishing that this establishment has received such a high volume of favorable evaluations. The state of cleanliness was unsatisfactory, and the room was permeated with a musty odor, which was subsequently determined to be the result of a ceiling leak that had saturated a pillow that had been placed in the wardrobe. Although breakfast was included in the room rate, the caliber of the food left much to be desired. While some members of the staff were cordial, others did not exactly make us feel particularly welcome during our stay. We have no intention of staying at this establishment again in the future.

Ótima pousada, café da manhã completo, quarto muito confortável, ducha do banheiro ótima (algo que muitas vezes é deficitário em hotéis e pousadas), funcionários educados e atenciosos. Além disso muito próximo do centro de Itaguá, aquário, projeto Tamar. Enfim uma ótima opção.

Pousada muito bonita e atendimento impecável. O quarto em que ficamos precisa de pintura e fica úmido porque não tem janela no banheiro mas isso não atrapalhou nossa hospedagem. Café da manhã maravilhoso!

Maravilhosa! A pousada é silenciosa. Excelente atendimento, limpeza, café da manhã. A área da piscina é bem gostosa, com uma das piscinas aquecida. Serviço de bar excelente. Funcionários muito gentis. Cama e travesseiros confortáveis. Chuveiro muito bom. Não sou de repetir pousada, mas essa vale a pena. Fica próxima a uma rua com muitos bares e restaurantes. Dá pra ir a pé.

Ótima opção no Itaguá, bem localizada próxima à região gourmet e de lojas, como na rua Guarani. Local agradável, com uma boa piscina e áreas comuns. Bom atendimento e bom café da manhã. Quarto superior confortável, mas deixando um pouco a desejar quanto à acústica, principalmente por não possuir um sistema de amortecimento nas portas dos quartos, que quando batidas, é possível ouvir o barulho alto e sentir a vibração da batida. Ficamos gratos à direção por permitir a entrada de uma massagista em nosso quarto. Vale bem o bilhete!

Melhor hotel
O melhor hotel que já me hospedei em ubatuba. Comida do café da manhã maravilhosa e sempre tudo fresquinho, o quarto maravilhoso com varal de tomada onde seca tudo mais rápido, o hotel é muito aconchegante e lindo, atendimento de todos os funcionários é impecável. O mais legal ainda é que eles emprestam cadeiras e guarda sol para levar para a praia durante toda a estadia. O hotel é literalmente 2 minutos andando do centro onde tem restaurantes muito bons e diversas lojas. A viagem foi completa lá, tudo bem limpo, organizado, e lindo. Sai muito realizada e feliz, com certeza voltarei mais vezes.

Quarto ok, a cortina poderia ter black out devido a claridade de manhã e à privacidade quanto a vizinhos a frente. Banheiro bom, reformado. Atendimento na recepção ótimo pelos meninos. Atendimento no café da manhã por uma senhora foi péssimo…pedi uma tapioca e quando fui comer ela estava fria, perguntei se poderia esquentar mais um pouco ela disse que era desse jeito, se não ficava dura. Meu marido pediu um ovo frito e ela disse que não poderia fazer, apenas omelete. Enfim, coisas que poderiam ter sido feitas que agradariam o cliente, mas não fizeram questão. Melhor não sair para trabalhar então. No check out, informaram que estava disponível um late check out, porém não avisaram com antecedência. Não voltaria..: acredito que possuem pousadas/hotéis melhores que este pelo mesmo valor. Tinha tudo pra ser muito boa, mas ainda não são amadores.
