This hotel and staff was the worst experience of my traveling life. Upon check-in my fiancee and I were discriminated against because we are 2 women in a relationship staying in 1 room with a king size bed. They questioned why were wanted a king sized bed.The next day housekeeping cleaned EVERY room on our floor and after we called to ask for new towels they never came. We then went down to the front desk at 8:30pm to get towels and we were told that our room would be fully serviced the next day at 11am. After leaving and coming back to our room around 4pm we noticed that the bed was made but nothing else was done. We called and the manager, Shelby lied to us and said that they had NOT done our room at all even though someone came in and made the bed but did not put new sheets on. Shelby then came clean and agreed to have someone put new sheets on our bed but only after being caught lying did she do that. After they came to put new sheets on our bed with much attitude and disrespect we heard them talking poorly about us behind the front desk that evening. We called corporate and I have a case number pending. I am expecting a refund in the next 48 hours. Would NOT recommend.
