Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, You will have access to the complete lower level of the house, which has it's own private external staircase leading to the entry and check in time is 12 noon, however l will try to fit in with your plans if possible. The property boasts incredible river and ocean views from every room, especially from the covered veranda. This is a spacious and beautiful property and is scrupulously clean with a quality King Sized bed and linen, and leather recliners in the lounge. Enjoy a dip in the 10 x 4 meter pool and feel your cares melt away!
The location is handy to two states and is only minutes to either Kingscliff or to Coolangatta and the airport is 10 minutes away ,and yet we have a remarkably quiet and relaxing spot here.
The kitchen has a fabulous coffee machine so you can enjoy your morning coffee either on the veranda or inside in air conditioned comfort. The King sized bed has a plush Captain Snooze mattress to ensure a quality sleep (so important to the success of a holiday! ) and it is also air conditioned. This room is one step lower than the rest of the property, and we have night lights which come on automatically in three locations to give you confidence if you need to move around safely at night.
The bathroom is spacious and spotless. It has a towel heating rack and a heater on the wall for cold weather.
Pets are welcome (dogs - not too big, and up to 2 of them) and we have a fully fenced yard to accommodate them.
The entrance follows a staircase of 18 steps (going down) as we are on a mountain slope, but they are worth the effort as the location gives us our 180 degree water views! Then there are more steps leading down to the pool area, fire pit area, and grassed area. Its a quirky but pleasant descent!
The outdoor plants are thriving and beautify the outdoor dining setting on the veranda. The decor inside is tasteful, functional and very pretty. It's just waiting for you :)
