Cooks and cleaning staff were not consistent in wearing mask. Electricity went away off and on during the stay (sometimes during the night and the air conditioning would stop working... making it hard to sleep). Can’t tip with credit card. Charge you for early check in even though room was available. Pools had crabs in them (dead and alive). Other than that, it was good.

Great location, but terrible maintainance. The place really needs to invest. Silly rules like you cant leave tips with your credit card or that they charge you for using the kayacs are not suitable for a 4 stars hotel.

Nice for a romantic getaway
Nice for a romantic getaway. Location is isolated, but also adds something positive to the hotel. Room is well equipped. The private pool and outside bathtub are really nice. Maintenance could be a little bit better up to date, but that is kind of complicated so close by the sea.

Pretendían darme una habitación con una sola cama cuando había pagado el monto correspondiente a una habitación con dos camas, conforme a la selección que realicé a través de la página de internet. Está muy bonito y tienes mucha privacidad, eso es maravilloso, nos tocó remodelación la alberca principal, creo que a todo el hotel le hace falta un poco de mantenimiento y tal vez algo de actualización en cuanto a paneles solares para las albercas ya que la del dormitorio y la del restaurante el agua es helada, también wifi en todo el hotel ya que como está súper alejado y mera playa la señal es débil, pero la estancia fue muy linda y buena sin duda regresaremos 🏝️🌅
