We have stayed here twice for business now and each time we haven't had any problems. Rooms were good, breakfast was typical of a small hotel, nothing to complain about. Nice staff.

We had stayed with other family members and we were able to get rooms really close together. This is something I forget to do when booking multiple rooms, which was awesome. The grandchildren were able to go between the rooms and it felt safe. Really close to McDonald’s which with little ones was great, short walk to the bowling alley, which had great food.

Hotel was much nicer that I expected. We arrived later in the evening (around 8pm) -- and the young lady working at the desk was very kind, polite and helpful. It's so great to know there are still people out there working in customer service who understand what customer service is, and how to interact with people! :) Room was clean, and beds were very comfortable! I think I liked the bed better than mine at home! Did not use the shower, so cannot comment on water pressure, etc. Did not use the pool or hot tub facilities (as we were there for a concert at the casino next door so didn't have time)-- but they looked clean and inviting and there were kids and people using them the next morning. The next morning we checked out close to check out time (11am) so I am unsure if they provided any free breakfast or not. Overall, was a great place for our one night stay- staff and people were friendly, room was fine, beds comfortable. Would totally stay there again, or recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in Turtle Lake!
