The hotel itself is mostly fine, staff is friendly, if not too big on their command of the English language, breakfast quite basic but fine at least for my needs. Room not overly big but bed was not too soft, bathroom fine, tv small but who needs a big tv in their hotel room anyway... Wifi connection worked well and was fast enough. Main problem is that the walls seem to be made out of rice-paper, which is not nice if the people in the next room think it is a good idea to play music at 1AM and sing along to it... This can make a stay very sleep-deprived, but it's not the hotel's fault that some people are just very inconsiderate. The area is very uninteresting, not close to the centre, about a 15-minute walk to the nearest Metro, so you are looking at at least 30 minutes before you're in the centre of town. Turin is one of Italy's most underrated cities, so well worth going. Reasonably convenient if you need to go to the Lingotto fair complex.
