Bathrooms horrific especially the toilet it was sandwiched between wall and cabinet I could not fit to sit on it - I am an average size person. The place is old worn down needs drastic renovation

This is a beautiful property but so outdated and needs renovation! Staff were wonderful. Breakfast was ok . It’s good if you want to explore the Médina. Area not safe at night !

I stayed 2 nights in this wonderful hotel. The location is excellent, in Victoria Square where Avenue Habib Bourguiba meets with Tunis Medina through the gate of the city called Beb Bhar. The hotel itself is unique in decoration. Room view is outstanding, comfortable, all amenities available in toilet. Breakfast buffet is very nice, friendly staff and service.

Perfect location, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Balcony was perfect for people watching. Helpful staff replenished ice as little fridge didn’t seem to work well. Breakfast is quite a local flavor.

The staff were great at this hotel but the hotel and the surrounding area suffered from neglect and lack of maintenance. The major problem was air conditioning was weak and the room was humid. The area look unsafe but is very safe. The people are helpful.

The hotel is in gate of the Medina so if that’s where you want to be it’s ideal. The staff is great and they’re always there to help you. Especially after I came to the hotel 3 days after staying and they let me leave my bag there since I had a 1am flight and I needed to kill some time.
