I arrived at this hotel and I absolutely loved it from the moment I set foot inside it. All the reception staff were amazing and helped me a lot. The Breakfast was amazing everyday and the girls were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone if you want an amazing experience in Tunisia. I felt safe and had help 24/7. They have their own restaurant at the top of the building with absolutely amazing food and music some nights I ate there and never left the hotel as the prices were affordable and so delicious specially the pizza! Next time I go back I am definitely staying here! Thank you so much for making it a wonderful stay for me much love and hope to see you soon from Shakira 😍😍

Met with a pleasant surprise as I was upgraded to the Carthage Suite. The overall experience was good. The room is big, clean and comfortable. Good variety of tv programs Available. The local convenient store is a 10-15 mins walk away. The in-house restaurant provides pretty good food. For improvement, 1) Better WiFi coverage in the room. Lobby was alright. 2) International buffet spread for breakfast.

Nothing in our room worked! Broken switches, curtain rods, dirty carpets, food particles all over the floor, and a thermostat that we couldnt control because it was broken too!!! On top of that, hotel staff refused to give us complimentary drinking water after the first day. Even the coffee was never replaced till we asked for it multiple times each day. And this was all in a suite! I wonder how much worse the service could have been if we had stayed in a regular room.
