Tulum itself has a very healing energy/vibe to it but this place takes it to a whole nother level. I mistakenly used to stay at Air bnbs when I traveled to Tulum, that's never happening again. I will be staying here every time.

Staff was extremely polite and friendly. Our retreat was what we expected. The spa staff was very mice and the bar & restaurant was good. Assisting with transportation arrangements was extremely helpful. Just 2 recommendations- We felt like someone came on our premises one night so maybe more lights on the backside & entrance to each retreat. And it was not an issue but maybe let visitors know ahead about the $400 deposit prior to arrival.
