The staff were absolutely fantastic! Even though my Spanish is limited and their English wasn't perfect, we were still able to communicate well using a translator, and they were so helpful throughout my stay.
The room was comfortable, and the bed was super cozy. I only wish I had arrived earlier to enjoy the pool! Unfortunately, I missed out on that, but when I found out the on-site restaurant was closed, the staff went above and beyond to help me order from Uber Eats, which was a great solution.
Like other reviews have mentioned, the road leading to the resort could use some attention. The potholes were huge, and after a recent storm, they filled with water, making the drive a bit tricky. Given how many other resorts and condos are nearby, I'm surprised they haven't tackled that yet.
The only other hiccup was arriving after dark. With no street signs or lights, and the building lights being a bit dim, it was tough to find the place, even with GPS. I missed it on my first try, and with no mobile data to recalibrate, it was a little challenging. But once I found it, everything fell into place, and I was happy to be there!
