The counter attendant was absolutely wonderful and the room was incredible! It was a great stay. The only problem we experienced was the cleanliness of the hallways and the crew that did house keeping. We could not believe how much food and trash was left all over the floors in hallway and the cleaning crew didn’t clean up any of it during our two day stay. They left all of their cart equipment completely blocking the hallway as we made our way to the elevator. We literally had to move their carts to get passed them. Never have seen anything like it. Who ever trained the desk attendants obviously had nothing to do with training the rest of the staff. It was truly pathetic. We were so pleased with the room. So disappointing that I couldn’t leave a better review.
I've stayed many times here as it is the host for our monthly club event. It used to be pretty reasonable price wise but has doubled since last year. I usually stay two nights but if they continue the price gouging Im looking at other nearby venues.
At first glance this property is stunning. However there were bed bugs in my room. I found them after laying in the bed and was bitten around 11pm. I walked a live bed bug in a pair of tweezers down to the front desk and they didn’t even apologize nor offer to comp my stay. I had the children sleeping in my room when I found this bug. I have several bites on my arm and one on my face. They didn’t offer to help me move my items. My mother had a roach on the wall in her room. Would not recommend. If staying there for an event there are other hotel room options very close I’d recommend before this place.

Great place to stay
It was fantastic!!!! The front desk clerk was amazing and very friendly. The room was very nice, the things I noticed that weren’t good was the fact of hair on the shower walls, used tissues in the tissue holder, and the mini fridge didn’t cool that fast. Other than that the jacuzzi tub was on point and the bed was comfortable.
