The room had a very strong wet dog odor and was very dirty. Stains on the side of the bed, what looked like vomit still on the wall next to the bed, and the chair was also very dirty. The bathtub had streaks of something red in the bottom of it. Overall very dirty.

Even though we had a reservation, but they did not have parking for our U-Haul. The lady at the desk said she did not have a room for us and we would have to go somewhere else. They also charged our room the day before we got there and then made us pay again the day we were there so we were double charged five business days later we still have not seen that refund. We understand that the staff was new and that is completely understandable. What is not understandable with her attitude and her rudeness. She did not even want to come up with a solution to the problem before trying to send us on our way if we would have had to cancel through Expedia they would still then charge us for the room, even though they turned away for this was that would be between us and our bank.
