We stayed here for the weekend to see a concert at the BOK center and had a great time! The staff were super helpful and made our late-night airport shuttle a breeze, and the food at the hotel restaurant was great. We would definitely return :)

I was really impressed with the friendliness and personable nature of your front desk personnel, and their willingness to answer whatever questions I had and to provide help with anything I needed or wanted. I was also impressed with the hotel itself, from the first-floor lobby to the in-house restaurant, the laundry room (and the same-floor swimming pool which I unfortunately didn't actually use but only because I neglected to bring any swimwear), and most importantly, the room itself. I also want to complement the personnel who worked in both the restaurant and the valet parking; they were both good at their jobs as well as friendly and personable, as well. Hopefully, whenever I next visit Tulsa, I will be able to return to your hotel, as it is possibly one of the best I've ever stayed in. Thanks and kudos to you all!

Was planning on self parking but I could t figure out where entrance for self parking was so I drove around the block and decided I’d just valet park. I pulled up in front of the valet stand where two workers were standing talking to one another. We got out of my vehicle and walked up to them where they continued talking and never acknowledged us. I finally said excuse me could you please tell me where to self park because I thought maybe I was mistaken on them being valet employees. One of them told me where to self park as someone else came up and gave them their keys to park their car. We walked into hotel after parking a group of employees hanging around a desk area - no greeting or asking us if we needed any help locating check in desk which was located upstairs. Both these experiences definitely didn’t start out well with me. I will say I liked the location which was convenient walking distance to the BOK center and restaurants and the beds were comfortable.

My Stay at the Hyatt
I stay here for work since it's across the street. This is the third time I've stayed here this past year. I like it, it's comfortable. Most hotel rooms have a microwave and a pen, but the Regency lounge on 15 is great with water and snacks. It's fun. The shuttle to and from the airport is great.

The staff made this stay welcoming, warm & perfect. Early check in- easy to request additional towels- Matthew Simpson, Landon, Leonard, Cherry & Lucas Tipton were EXCEPTIONAL.
