Great, comfy location. Parking was tricky if you didn’t want to valet. Comfy beds, great restaurants and bartending. There’s no pool, however close to lots of walking amenities.

Stay at another hotel downtown, there are better.
AC turned on and off all night long. It was impossible to sleep because of the noise from the return air vent. Recorded the sounds it made all night, Staff knew about it, didn’t seem to care much or offer any discount. In fact room was supposed to cost $236 and ended up charging me $311, which $28 for valet but where the extra came from no explanation, wasn’t offered a receipt at checkout when I played them the Halloween soundtrack the AC played for us all night long. Also you cannot adjust AC settings so we couldn’t shut it off either. Breakfast was ok, and there was plenty of homeless people around to make you feel at ease.

Room was beautiful with comfortable beds. Our fridge was broken and I have a toddler and needed it to work to keep her pediasure and milk cold. But beautiful bathrooms clean and amazing shower. Great food downtown
