The best welcome we have had. The young lady was lovely. Even after we dropped and broke a bottle in receotion. She couldn't do enough for us. Nicest hotel as well so clean. Breakfast freat a good choice available. Would definately stay again if were in the area. Please give our thanks for making our stay so welcoming.

Room had loose tile flooring at the entry and bathroom area that shifted under your feet. The maid service was selective. We didn't request service the first day after checking the night before, the second day service was limited to pulling up our sheets like a 5 y.o. would when learning and trash emptying (no towel service). The third day service was normal as one would be expected, but on the fourth day the maid obviously didn't feel we needed anything even though we left towels on the floor and ensured the Do Not Disturb sign was not out. The final day our room was cleaned real good as we complained about the selective service.

The stay was okay. Bathroom wasn't very clean, a lot of deferred deep cleaning. Beds were comfortable and clean. Ceiling obviously had water damage with a poor patch job, needs to be repaired properly. Curtains were frayed from sun damage.

Best hotel breakfast choices I've seen. They also out out grab and go items early on Sunday when they saw a large number of us were there for an event and needing to leave before normal breakfast service.

Overall, we had a good stay. I would have liked to not have to ask for extra towels since the reservation was for four people and towels were only provided for three people. It also would have been nice to know that the pool was closed for the season as that was the only reason we decided to stay at this hotel. However, it was clean and the staff was pleasant. The breakfast was also one of the better continental breakfasts I've had (even though the coffee wasn't great). All in all, an okay experience.

You'll want to steal the pillows!
Very nice updated hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Nice area by a pond to walk dogs. Lots of amenities close by. The pillows were awesome!

Staff was very welcoming and polite. The breakfast area was well maintained during breakfast. The kitchen lady was very attentive to keeping all the food stocked and counters clean. The breakfast options were great. The room was clean as well as bathroom. No complaints.
