Would not let us use another source of payment and gave our room away. Understanding works both ways... I understand 🙏 you have a business to run, and protecting your assets are very important. However, grace is important as well. At least wait for the response within a time limit like every thing else.
I never got to stay because first I was told 50 dollar deposit was made which my card matched up with the same card as I paid for the room upfront and then they reversed the transaction because all of sudden they changed the deposit to 100 mins you I hadn't got the 50 deposit back on my card and I called or contact whom was thru hotels.com Expedia it was the worse conduct I have had ever in all the times whether renting or staying or both the African American individual at the front desk was rude and was the one to change prices all of sudden which made me wonder if he. Wasn't trying to do something I don't if the 50 was even reversed refused to give me the paper to show it was reversed it was pouring down rain and had to find another hotel. I know they have flagged them it was bad deal and that area is very dangerous also too many homeless people out and around the hotel that shouldn't be there

I work nights and the maintenance people were right outside my door literally with a gas powered pressure washer at like 7 am 2 of the days i was there
