Staff was not very accommodating. Not happy about paying for parking. Bar prices were high but liked the bartender. It is conveniently located close to BOK. Didn’t like construction at hotel, not informed. Parking and getting into hotel were complicated. Would recommend hotel email instructions or something.

Did not like having to pay $25 to park on the property. Breakfast should be included not an overpriced meal to be purchased. The padded bench is very uncomfortable and so is the plastic desk chair. Need to provide a comfortable couch and office style chair in the room. If this is an example of your hotel chain, I wouldn’t stay again or recommend.

The hotel itself is mid, older but decently clean. If you’re coming in for a concert, BEWARE… although it’s a great location to stay at for a concert, the check in process is ridiculous. It took us nearly an hour to check in. The line was so long! You’d think with it being so close to the venue, they’d be used to so many booking and have it down to an art… but they don't! The staff was all very nice and helpful otherwise.

I really can't blame anyone or anything. They were remodeling. The homeless were non-reactive outside the hotel fence, but that is where I had to take our dog. I gave the folks oranges; just because. I had a check in early email, checked in, and got text that my keys were ready. However, there was a line of 24 persons ready to check in before me wanting lodging before a Jonas Brothers concert. Front desk could have told me to renew my Bonvoy app, and I could have digitally keyed in. Still, we are retired, so the wait was ok. I reported our towel rack was coming off the wall. So, we just took towels off, and not put on. We stayed there for Tulsa Oktoberfest, and that was just great.

They put us on floor 4 which is the dog floor: Literally where they send people with animals. We woke up to a dogs barking for ages and it messed up our whole day. Tired kids are not fun. They offered to do absolutely nothing

One thing I was not aware of was the staff needing a card on file that was not the card I paid with. I had to use an emergency credit card which I am lucky I had because I would be just out a hotel for the night…
