This is truly a hidden gem located in Tucson. I liked that this hotel is gated and requires an entry code to enter the premises after hours. The rooms were immaculately clean. The staff were polite, especially Adriana and Angelina who worked the front desk. Also Lexi and Ann, who both worked the bar, were friendly as well. Kudos to HR for hiring such professional, warm, and inviting people to represent their establishment. I will be visiting this hotel again when I return to Tucson.

The staff was very nice but the surrounding area was not. Sketchy neighborhood with bars on the windows. The hotel was gated which should tell you something. Also, the room lacked…well…room. It was very small and had no closet, no rug, no carpeting, no complimentary breakfast, zilch. For just an overnight stay it was doable, but if you’re planning on multiple nights, find something and somewhere better.

I didn’t stay! I came to check-in in my new car and there was NO WAY I was going to stay alone in that neighborhood. I talked to the front desk and told her to cancel, that I wanted a refund of my One Key Cash. She said Inhad to talk to Hotels.com, they said I had to work it out with you. I couldn’t leave for dinner and come back after dark in that area. Cute concept, but not for single women!
