Dine with comfort, seating 7-8 in the dining room or opt for a quick bite in the breakfast nook. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, ready for simple treats or elaborate feasts. Sink into comfy seating in the living room for shows, games, or relaxation.


Outside, a private paradise awaits. Dive into the sparkling pool, bask on sun beds, or savor sunset's golden and pink hues. NOTE: Please note that we use only external cameras for security reasons. Cameras cover front, side, and back yard areas and are not regularly monitored during guest stays. However, cameras may be consulted if significant house rules violations such as parties or unauthorized pets are reported. 


Please also note that the swimming pool is not heated.



No parties are allowed. 


No cats are allowed. Guests must request and receive approval for dogs to stay at the property. Up to two small, low-shed, no-shed, and hypoallergenic breeds of dog may be approved. Breeds known to be aggressive will not be approved.  A $75 additional cleaning fee will apply per pet, if approved. A fee of $250 per animal will apply  if animals are brought to the house without permission.


Please note that the maximum number of guests is based on children staying in the twin bunk beds and an infant or small child staying in a portable crib provided at the house. The house can host up to 6 adults in three beds--one king and two queen--in three bedrooms in addition to the kids' room. Additional adults are not allowed in the house without express approval.
