The air conditioner sounded like an 18 wheeler truck. The shower was dirty. We couldn’t sleep due to the noise, so we left at 3:30 am. The man at the counter could not even ask if we needed a receipt or if everything was okay; he just kept typing on his laptop. I have NEVER had this bad of service at a hotel. I was very disappointed.

The door on our original room was broken- you had to lift it up to open or close it. We moved to another room and it smelled so awful. I recognize it as a sewer gas smell from the bathroom (my brother had this issue when he was working on a house). If we hadn’t already moved rooms once and weren’t so exhausted, we’d have moved again. Kept the bathroom door closed all night and we were able to sleep but it was pretty gross

This place was great since we needed to be in town for a quince BUT! Was near a circle k that had a lot of homeless people. They never bothered us but you do see them a lot so if your someone who doesn’t want to be in an area like that I’d recommend finding another place. The bed was the most comfortable thing I have ever slept in And the breakfast was amazing

While the hotel was clean, staff was friendly and the free breakfast was descent, the area around the hotel was awful. We felt unsafe going from car to hotel. A lot of unhoused people doing illegal activity.

Comfy with great breakfast!
Rooms were really nice - big and comfortable. Unfortunately, the air conditioning on our floor was broken (but not I the rooms themselves thankfully). Breakfast in the morning was wonderful - probably the best hotel buffet breakfast that I have ever had.
