There is secured private parking for small or average size vehicles. Street parking for larger vehicles.The Police Department, that is 6 blocks away refers to our neighborhood as “Mayberry”. Younger guests will have to look up the reference to “The Andy Griffith Show”. (Nothing ever happened and was very safe). ATTENTION BUDGET TRAVERS: All public transportation is free in Tucson. This means you can get from the airport to within 3 blocks of the Guest Room. Take bus #25 to the Laos Transit Center. Transfer to bus #12. Tell the driver you want to get off at El Minuto Restaurant. Just before your stop you will pass Carrillo Elementary School (a large Spanish style building) on you left. Get off the bus and punch in our address into your phone. The Guest Room is a six minute walk to the free street car. The street car will take you to downtown, 4th Ave, the University, and the Mercado. You can experience Tucson without renting a car or calling an Uber.
