Top class family hotel

In summary an excellent hotel, rooms are great, hotel facilities are great, food is also great plus the staff is super helpful. One of the most kid friendly hotel we have been with heated pools, kids club and even a small kid parks close by plus many other attractions and walking paths to explore with your family nearby. The food is excellent i really liked the concept of this high end buffet where fish and meat are cooked at the minute in front of you, and there is plenty of choices of various foods including pasta pizza salads with water already included as well. Defensively highly recommended, cannot wait to return back.

Normalerweise verfasse ich keine Bewertungen, in diesem Fall halte ich es jedoch für hilfreich, meine Eindrücke zu teilen. Etwas störend empfanden wir, dass Rezeption, Spielebereich und Speisesaal ohne Abtrennung direkt aneinander grenzen. Eine räumliche Trennung – beispielsweise durch eine Wand zwischen Spielebereich und Essensbereich sowie einer separaten Bar für den Abend – wäre wünschenswert, da die Geräuschkulisse sonst sehr hoch ist. Wir haben außerdem festgestellt, dass das Hotel am Wochenende deutlich stärker ausgelastet ist, während es unter der Woche wesentlich ruhiger und angenehmer ist. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Lediglich ein klassisches Schnitzel, das wir typisch für die österreichische Küche erwarten würden, wurde leider nicht angeboten. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass mittlerweile sowohl stilles als auch kohlensäurehaltiges Wasser kostenlos zur Verfügung stehen. Verwundert hat uns allerdings, dass ein kleines Radler günstiger ist als eine Cola – das empfanden wir als unglücklich. Unser Fazit: Für Paare eignet sich ein Aufenthalt besonders unter der Woche, während Familien hier generell sehr gut aufgehoben sind. Leider ist bei der Rechnung, einiges schiefgelaufen, doppelte Getränke, ein Zimmer das schon zur Hälfte gezahlt war, wurde nicht angerechnet. Gondelpass der kostenlos war, wurde angerechnet. Ja, wir hatten drei Zimmer auf ein Nachname, trotzdem darf das in einem 5.Sterne Hotel nicht passieren! Aufgepasst!
